Keir J. Beadling, Founder & CEO
Keir founded Evolve Sports in 2001 to deliver athletes, corporate sponsors, event managers, and entertainment & media professionals access into the growing world of emerging sports. Prior to founding Evolve, Keir was a large firm litigator in Palo Alto, San Francisco and Boston. While in private practice, he enjoyed the privilege of working with clients such as Student Advantage, Napster, Medem, Excite@Home, Homestore, ONI Networking, Corel, Keynote Systems, and others. Keir graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in History, holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and attended Babson's F.W. Olin School of Business. Keir is a passionate endurance athlete (competing in marathons and triathlons), holds a black belt in Karate, and enjoys time with wife Hilary and sons Maxwell and Everett.
Scott Anderson, Director of Operations & Marketing
Scott joined the Evolve team in 2004 after stints in the front offices of the Golden State Warriors and Oakland Athletics. Since then he's overseen the production and marketing programs of five Metro Silicon Valley Marathons and four world-famous Mavericks Surf Contests. Scott holds a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration from UC Berkeley, where he was a 4-time National Collegiate Rugby Champion, and is currently a varsity coach with the Lamorinda Youth Rugby program.
J.T. Service, Director of Athlete Management
J.T. is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UCSB. A 2007 Olympic Trials Marathon qualifier, J.T. brings a unique combination of legal training and elite athlete experience to the Evolve portfolio. After a successful career as an elite runner, and before joining Evolve Sports full-time, he personally represented endurance athletes, served as the Marketing Director for the Silicon Valley Marathon, and was crucial to the event production team for the Mavericks Surf Contest. J.T. now serves as the Race Director of the Metro Silicon Valley Marathon, and as Evolve's Director of Athlete Management, including the day-to-day representation of global endurance icon Dean Karnazes.
